Fair Schedule

August 18th-20th 2023

The 2023 Hamburg Fair Committee put together an exciting schedule for this summer’s Fair.  Enjoy yummy food, beer and wine garden, top level entertainment and fun and games for all ages.  

A Beer and Wine Garden

Enjoy beer and wine while exploring all the music and activities the Fair has to offer.

Friday  5pm – 10:00pm
Saturday  10am – 10:00pm
Sunday  12pm– 5pm

Purchasers must be 21 years of age and have a valid ID. Please note that no outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed within the Fair grounds and all bags will be checked upon entry.


Gates Open at 5pm – 10:30pm

5pm – Registration for Beard and Mustache Contest

Main Stage: 
5:30-7:30pm: Jamie’s Junk Show – High-Energy Rock, Reggae, Bluegrass and Jazz

7:30-8:15pm: Haybale Contest

8:15-8:30pm: Awards Ceremony for Haybale Contest

8:30-10:30pm: Nick Bosse & The Northern Roots – A Mix of Originals and Classic Country Music Cover Songs


Gates Open at 9am – 10:30pm

Tent Stage:
11:00am to 12:00pm: Steve Songs – Award-winning Childrens’ Musical Entertainer

2pm – 2nd Annual Ladies Fry Pan Toss

12:30 – 2:30pm: Welch’s Jam – Father/Daughter Classic Rock Duo

3:00 – 5:00pm: Fortunate Sons – Pop, Rock

FREE Kids Activities in the Arena:
12:00 to 2:00pm: Slime Making, Giant Bubbles, Pie Eating Contest, Goldfish Ping Pong Ball Toss and Water Balloons! 
7:30pm – Beard and Mustache Contest Winners announced

6:00 – 8:00pm: Sophia Griswold & Company – Upbeat Funk & Soul with Horns
8:30 to 10:30pm:  Sugar – High-Energy Dance Music
